LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

According to one of the leading developers of coaches*, all personal development is professional development. Well, it can be. there are a few tricks though, through which we can maximise the lessons and put them into context. Even then we need to find a way to extract a way of appropriately using our learning and a practical way of passing on the lessons.

Practical Learning Days can be used as part of the group supervision process or Des can specifically create these for any team. Team learning is essential, and often overlooked. Des has worked in this way with Boards and project teams to enhance overall performance and individual development.

Learning Days are just one way of ensuring on-going professional development. They can be tightly focused or broadly based, but they are always individually crafted to meet the needs of the moment.
